New Partner, New Future

Mr Andrew Cooch and Mr. David Bowers announced the addition of a new partner to the firm, Ms. M. Clare Schuller.  Clare joined Cooch & Bowers in 2012 after earning her J.D., graduating cum laude from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. Clare also earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland in 2008. Her promotion to partner occurred in early 2018, after six years with the newly styled Cooch, Bowers & Schuller.

Otradnaya Clare Schuller has extensive experience in buying and selling businesses and advises banks on transactional document preparation. She actively works in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Ms. Schuller is admitted to practice in Maryland and the US Tax Court. She is active in the community through her representation of Low Income Taxpayers and is experienced with the Internal Revenue Service’s Chief Counsel Small Business/Self-Employed Office in Baltimore.

Ms. Schuller is an asset to Progressive Title and Cooch, Bowers & Schuller. She works with many small businesses, the local community and the team at PT/CBS to build a strong relationship that will continue into the future. She has expanded Progressive Title’s business and worked to streamline the closing process for the buyers and sellers. Clare also works to support Bello Machre’s and The ARC’s missions to help people who have been affected by disabilities.

The team at Cooch, Bowers & Schuller is excited to continue to work towards a wonderful future for the firm and the community. Ms. Schuller resides in Annapolis with her family.
