MARYLAND TITLE INSURANCE RATES

The premium charge for original Advantage Owner's insurance policy shall be:

The premium charge for original Owner's or Leasehold insurance policy shall be:

The reissue rate shall be 60% of the Original Rate for Owner's or Leasehold insurance policy.
 
The premium charge for mortgage insurance shall be:

Over $500,000 and up to $1,000,000, add......................... 1.94

The reissue rate shall be 60% of the Original Rate for First and Second Mortgages.
