In 2005, Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., appointed Mr. Cooch to the Maryland Affordable Housing Trust Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Maryland Land Title Association where he served as an officer on the Board of Directors. Mr. Cooch is active in community affairs and has served for over twenty years on the Board of Directors of Bello Machre Inc. and Richcroft Inc., both being providers of residential facilities for the developmentally disabled. He also serves as an independent director for The Bank of Glen Burnie and is active in the Maryland Bankers Association. Mr. Cooch recently taken role as the Lagal Counsel within the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce. His practice is largely centered on real estate law, business representation and civil litigation.
